The 24th Annual Atlanta Heart Ball

The 2006 Atlanta Heart Ball presented by Emory Healthcare will be held April 30, 2006, at the InterContinental Buckhead Atlanta. This black-tie benefit for the American Heart Association hosts more than 550 medical, corporate, and community leaders. The theme for the evening will be “A Sterling Affair,” with cocktails at 5:30 PM followed by dinner at 7:30 PM. The honoree for 2006 is Dr. Joseph M. Craver, a cardiothoracic surgeon and professor of medicine at Emory University. He has treated over 14,000 patients during his career as a surgeon.

There will be sumptuous dining, dancing, a silent auction with numerous one-of-a-kind experiences and a live auction featuring a stunning jewelry piece provided by Brown and Company Jewelers. The Atlanta Heart Ball has generated more than $9.3 million to date.
