The emcee for the evening will be Scott Slade, host of Atlanta’s Morning News on  News-Talk 750 WSB Radio.  The 5 sommeliers in attendance will be:  Herve Pennequin of Nikolai's Roof, Yves Durand, retired sommelier and wine book author, Eddie Valente, Vice President of The Grape, Daniel Rudiger of Bacchanalia and Silvio Garcia of The Ritz-Carlton Atlanta.  The five hosting executive chefs include: Anne Quatrano of Bacchanalia; Micah Willix of Ecco; Gary Donlick of Pano’s & Paul’s; Robert Gerstenecker of Park 75 at the Four Seasons Hotel; and Jonathan St. Hilarie of Concentrics Restaurants.
