He is the only chef in the Caribbean to have held the title of Caribbean Chef of the Year at the Taste of the Caribbean Culinary Competition. His past culinary work includes some of the world’s best hotels and restaurants as the Savoy Hotel in England, Kunstuben Restaurant in Switzerland, and Aureole Restaurant in New York. Chef de Cuisine at the Savannah Hotel, Henderson Butcher brings the art of presentation to the table as his fabulous dishes are too pretty to try! He is a gold medalist in the BHTA 2004 Culinary Competition, and the winner of the Eat! Drink! Barbados! Culinary Competition in 2003. Butcher is very enthusiastic about elevating Caribbean cuisine in the international culinary arena and dreams of owning a Caribbean themed restaurant. |
