Creig Greenidge, Executive Chef at the Sandridge Hotel has achieved an almost meteoric rise in his career, which began as a chef apprentice at a Barbados based catering company, The Dining Club under the expert wing of the Executive Chef and celebrity Chef Peter Edey. Prior to his revolutionary work at the Sandridge, Chef Greenidge was whisked away by one of Barbados’ trendiest spots -- Mosaic Restaurant and headed the kitchen at the Seabreeze Hotel’s Mermaid Restaurant. He has represented Barbados during many promotions including culinary demos at William Sonoma outposts across the US.
2007 Barbados Chef of the Year, Mitchell Husbands, Jr. Sous Chef at Coral Reef Club is one of the youngest most talented chefs in Barbados. His culinary experience is extensive and includes training in England at the Chester Grosvenor Hotel, The Strafford Hotel, Le Ceprice Restaurant, The Ivy Restaurant and Le Sheekey Seafood Restaurant. Known locally for his cuisine, Chef Husbands is also contracted for private catering for several events in Barbados.
